The launch of MoneyDoctor’s Discretionary Investment Management Service
1st July 2015
We are delighted to announce the launch of a new and exclusive MoneyDoctor service for our clients. We have been carrying out a strategic review of our investment proposition over the past year and have concluded that there are two key requirements for future investment success. Firstly, more than ever we feel the need for dedicated and experienced resource to keep a vigilant eye on your money and secondly we need to have a responsive investment model that allows us to adapt to changing market conditions.
We believe that as our business has grown over the past five years, we have developed a deep understanding of the financial requirements of the medical profession in the UK and we know that you need an appropriate investment solution.
We have worked with a number of investment managers on your behalf over that period of time but we have been consistently impressed by our dealings with one individual. He has now launched a new discretionary investment management firm and we are delighted to be able to announce that we will be working with him and his team to manage your money in the future.
Jason Britton is a very experienced and highly regarded fund manager based in the Midlands. In his previous role as the Chief Investment Officer at the boutique manager, T. Bailey, he was a Citywire A rated manager and ran their OBSR rated growth fund.
He has teamed up with Dermot McKeever who has an unparalleled track record of delivering consumer financial services with companies such as Zurich Financial Services and The Portman Building Society. Together, they have created Investment Radar** with the stated objective of “making your money work as hard for you, as you did for it.”
Since October 2014 we have been working closely with Jason to develop a series of four portfolios designed specifically to meet the needs of our clients.
These portfolios are not available anywhere else as they are a result of our knowledge of your needs and his knowledge of the global investment markets. As our portfolios will be managed by Jason on a “discretionary” basis, he and his team will be free to make changes to the underlying fund holdings in response to changes in the market.
Neil Wright, Managing Director of MoneyDoctor comments “Since the financial crisis, we have been looking to ensure our investment proposition reflected our own views on the market but was supported by an experienced fund manager with whom we can build a long term relationship. We have found this with Jason and the team at Investment Radar.”
Dermot McKeever, Chief Executive Officer of Investment Radar added “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Neil and the team at MoneyDoctor, they have continually impressed us with their professionalism and their dedication to creating the very best service available for medical professionals in the UK.”
The final word goes to Jason Britton, the Chief Investment Officer at Investment Radar, “I am thrilled to be able to work with the MoneyDoctor team. As the husband of a GP I am committed to ensuring that our medical profession has access to the very best the investment industry has to offer. View the full brochure here.
